Transponder Information

Do you need to rent a transponder?*
Transponders can be rented at the cost of $60 / weekend. A Deposit of $300 is required. See below for advance payment and deposit. With an advance payment of $300, a refund of $240 will be made after the event.
If you already have a transponder, please give us your number.
If you are using a second bike, it might be useful to have a second transponder.
Optional Transponder Rental
This section offers the option to pre-pay your transponder rental. Deposit of $300 is taken in advance. The amount of $240 will be refunded after the event once the transponder is returned. If the transponder is not returned, the deposit will be lost.

TEST DAY REGISTRATION
Test Day participation= $240.00 (HST included) Lunch is included with a Test Day registration.

Crew Registration

Each team are allowed 2 crew member for free. Crew members need to arrive at Registration during normal registration times. If a crew arrives at Registration outside registration hours, he/she will need to get a Spectator Wristband to access the venue.

Class Selection

Chose the class(es) you want to enter. Please refer to the 2024 Rulebook – Appendix B for Classes specifications.

Late Registration Fee

All participants are required to register at least 7 days prior to the event. After that deadline, a late registration fee of $50 will be added to your total.
A $50 extra charge will be activated 6 days prior to the event and automatically added to your total.

Refers to section 2.2 of the SUPER SERIES Rulebook

2.2.4 – Understanding that a SUPER SERIES event begins on Friday, the SUPER SERIES Event Entry Fee may be refunded based on the following criteria;

2.2.4.1 – 100% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to SUPER SERIES seven days or more prior to the first day of the event.

2.2.4.2 – 80% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to SUPER SERIES less than seven days prior to the event and up until the Thursday.

2.2.4.3 No refund is available once the event has started as of Friday at 0:01am.

2.2.4.4 The SUPER SERIES Pre-Season Package is non-refundable.
